01. Are we able to access HQ Office's 24/7?

For clients who have key’d access, YES! We allow all our tenants to access the office spaces 24/7 as needed. Specific arrangements can be made for hourly & virtual clients who book outside our staffed time frames [Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm]

02. Is parking available/accessible?

Yes – the surface lot of the building is FREE for 2 hours and the underground is run by IMPARK at a pay per hour rate of $1.00. Parking passes are available for tenants through HQ.

03. Do you have high-speed internet?
We do provide complimentary high-speed internet. Each office has a wired connection or you can connect to the Wi-Fi.

We offer a download speed of 300 Mbps | upload speed of 30 Mbps

04. Will you ever contact my clients without my consent?
Without your consent HQ Office’s will never contact your clients. This will only be done if HQ is instructed to by you or a representative of your company.
05. Do the offices come with phones?
Yes, every office comes with at least one phone.
06. Am I able to bring my own Printer?
Absolutely! You are welcome to setup your own printer or use our onsite commercial grade printer.
07. What methods of payment can I use?
We accept e-transfer, cheque, Visa, or Mastercard
